Two exhibitions!

Man alive this summer has been a humdinger! Teaching, preparing exhibition and being a student again have made it a very busy but enriching time.

The two exhibitions were very different as you will see from the wee videos. At Pittenweem I showed all aspects of my work, from the scraperboard prints and tea towels to my 'Things on Springs'. What a brilliant 10 days, meeting lots of people, selling and laughing with my fellow exhibitors. It was my first time at the Arts festival and I am delighted to report that I shall be back there again next August.

The second exhibition was a group show with the some of the artists who have participated in the summer school with Fraser Taylor at Off the Rails Arthouse for the last 3 years. We exhibited work which was either produced during the 2018 summer school or throughout this year. An Arthouse full of diverse, accomplished work illustrating the magic of Off the Rails. After the exhibition we knuckled down to another summer school together. A springboard for our next steps and I loved every minute. I will pop up some images in another blog post.

So as autumn arrives I have much planning, scheming and reflection to keep me on my toes......!

I have some travel planned during October and December so my next posts will hopefully be full of inspirations!
